Q.1. How many calls can I get per day?

A.1. Depends on the competition in your business category & the size of the location you’re targeting as well as your marketing budget. If you have a low monthly marketing budget then I’ll bid low for you but if you have a decent size monthly advertising budget, then I’ll bid higher for you to get a decent amount of clicks which then translates to more calls.

Q.2. Will all the callers buy or do business with me?

A.2. This is a lead generation service. I’ll generate the potential clients with intent.

It’s your job to convert them into paying clients.

Q.3. How soon will I start getting calls?

A.3. As soon as Google can find people searching for your service/business within your designated area and budget. Mostly within a week, you should start getting calls. Sometimes you may need to wait for a few days longer for the Google AI to learn and understand your campaign goal. However, the majority of my clients start getting calls within days.

Q.4. Do I pay for every call I get?

A.4. Yes, because Google charges for every click you get. The clicks translate into calls in this type of campaign setup. It’s called Google Call-Only ads.

Q.5. What if some of the calls are not relevant?

A.5. This is why it’s a good idea to have a call forwarding number to record all the calls you get.

To manage from your account requires that we schedule a time to connect on zoom, you give me remote control access so I can work on your desktop…

You would need to give me permission to add your Google ads account to my Google ads My Client Center (MCC) account now called the Google Ads manager account.

However, I can set up the campaign in your Google Ads account if you have;

a. A Google Ads account

b. Your Google Ads account has a dedicated card attached to it for funding your advertising campaigns.

And most importantly, you promise not to do anything stupid with the campaign(s) without my knowledge or permission. A lot of clients get notification from Google for a recommendation on the campaign and they just go ahead and click things and then ruin the entire campaign settings.

I’ve my signature way of doing these things, and I like to maintain the culture.

Q.8. What do you mean by “One-time GBP200 service fee per campaign.”?

A.8. A campaign is the advertising set up for a particular product or service.

For example, if you are a used car dealer and want to sell Corolla 2004 & Corolla 2005.

These will be 2 separate campaigns.

But if you have 2 Corolla 2005 to sell, the 2 can be promoted under 1 single campaign.

Q.9. How do I get my campaign reports?

A.9. At the end of every month, you’ll get a full campaign report in .csv format from your Google Ads campaign.

In the report, you’ll see;

a. How many impressions (meaning how many times your ads were shown) your campaign got that month

b. How many clicks your campaign generates that month

c. Your average cost per click

d. Your total cost per click

e. The search terms we’re bidding on for you and how many impressions, clicks, as well as the cost per click on each search term.

Q.10. Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with the quality of calls I’m getting?

A.10. For my service fee – NO. Because I’ve already provided the service.

However, for the rest of your marketing budget at the time, you requested a refund – YES.

I’ll pause your Google ads campaign, and send you the balance of your advertising budget via Paypal along with your campaign report. So you can verify your campaign balance.

Q.11. Can I track the calls generated for me?

A.11. Call Tracking: If you want us to track the calls generated (highly recommended), you would have to invest in a virtual or forwarding number.
